How to plan your La Trobe timetable

Smoov's Allocate+ import currently supports UTS, USYD and ANU. Enter your La Trobe classes manually - broader support is coming soon.

Open Allocate+ and note the class times for each of your subjects.
Add each subject in Smoov with its lecture, tutorial and lab times.
Block out your shifts and hard nos, then pick what matters: no 8ams, fewer days on campus, a proper lunch break.
Smoov checks every combination and shows you the best few options, with what each one costs you.
Pick one and register those classes in Allocate+.

We need a La Trobe student to run a quick discovery script so we can add Allocate+ import support. You'll get lifetime Smoov Premium.

Takes your classes from Allocate+ with a few minutes of typing
Blocks out work shifts and anything else that doesn't move
Works to what you care about: fewer days on campus, no 8ams, a proper lunch break

Sends your timetable to Google Calendar or any calendar app
Runs in your browser, so your timetable stays on your device

La Trobe's Allocate+ distinguishes between the university public timetable (all available class times) and your personal allocated timetable - browse the public view to compare options before requesting a swap.
With campuses across regional Victoria and interstate, La Trobe units sometimes display class options at multiple campuses in Allocate+ - verify the campus tag before confirming.
Class allocation adjustment periods have set open/close dates published each semester - swaps outside those windows require direct faculty approval.

Put in your subjects, your shifts and your hard nos. Smoov shows you every timetable that fits, and what each one costs you.
