Scheduling tips for VU students

• VU's Block Model is fundamentally different from every other Australian university - you study one subject at a time for 4 weeks, with classes typically 3 days per week for 3 hours.
• Because you complete all assessments within each 4-week block, there are no traditional exam periods - results are released shortly after each block ends.
• VU's Allocate+ system (branded as MyTimetable) is used to register for class groups within your current block - even though you only study one subject, some blocks have multiple class group options; register early as group sizes are small.
