UTAS timetables

Smoov's Allocate+ import currently supports UTS, USYD and ANU. Enter your UTAS classes manually - broader support is coming soon.

1. 1Open Allocate+ (MyTimetable) and note the class times for each of your subjects.
2. 2Add each subject in Smoov with its lecture, tutorial and lab times.
3. 3Block out your shifts and hard nos, then pick what matters: no 8ams, fewer days on campus, a proper lunch break.
4. 4Smoov checks every combination and shows you the best few options, with what each one costs you.
5. 5Pick one and register those classes in Allocate+ (MyTimetable).

• Shows 2 to 4 options side by side, with what each one costs you
• Sends your timetable to Google Calendar or any calendar app
• Runs in your browser, so your timetable stays on your device

• UTAS uses Allocate+ (branded as MyTimetable) with a drag-and-drop interface - drag enrolled units from a sidebar list into the timetable window; if a unit does not appear, check that your enrolment has been confirmed first.
• If a preferred class time is full, Allocate+ supports waitlisting - join the waitlist rather than settling for an unwanted time, as spots open when others adjust.
• UTAS campuses in Hobart, Launceston, and Burnie offer different subject availability - the location column must be checked for each class slot.
