UQ timetables

Smoov's Allocate+ import currently supports UTS, USYD and ANU. Enter your UQ classes manually - broader support is coming soon.

1. 1Open Allocate+ (My Timetable) and note the class times for each of your subjects.
2. 2Add each subject in Smoov with its lecture, tutorial and lab times.
3. 3Block out your shifts and hard nos, then pick what matters: no 8ams, fewer days on campus, a proper lunch break.
4. 4Smoov checks every combination and shows you the best few options, with what each one costs you.
5. 5Pick one and register those classes in Allocate+ (My Timetable).

• Shows 2 to 4 options side by side, with what each one costs you
• Sends your timetable to Google Calendar or any calendar app
• Runs in your browser, so your timetable stays on your device

• UQ uses Allocate+ (branded as My Timetable) with a preference window that opens then closes before allocation runs - preferences are not first-come first-served; submit accurate ranked preferences, not just your first choice repeated.
• The planner tool in my.UQ is available from the moment the timetable is published (before the preference window opens) - use it to draft and assess combinations without committing.
• After allocation, the swap/waitlist function gives better outcomes the earlier you use it - immediately after timetable release, many students are swapping, creating availability windows.
