How to plan your QUT timetable

Smoov's Allocate+ import currently supports UTS, USYD and ANU. Enter your QUT classes manually - broader support is coming soon.

Open Allocate+ and note the class times for each of your subjects.
Add each subject in Smoov with its lecture, tutorial and lab times.
Block out your shifts and hard nos, then pick what matters: no 8ams, fewer days on campus, a proper lunch break.
Smoov checks every combination and shows you the best few options, with what each one costs you.
Pick one and register those classes in Allocate+.

We need a QUT student to run a quick discovery script so we can add Allocate+ import support. You'll get lifetime Smoov Premium.

Takes your classes from Allocate+ with a few minutes of typing
Blocks out work shifts and anything else that doesn't move
Works to what you care about: fewer days on campus, no 8ams, a proper lunch break

Sends your timetable to Google Calendar or any calendar app
Runs in your browser, so your timetable stays on your device

QUT uses a preferencing model - you cannot grab a class immediately; submit preferences during the window and wait for the batch allocation, then adjust via the swap function.
QUT has two distinct campuses (Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove) approximately 4 km apart - check the campus for every class; a morning lecture at one and afternoon tutorial at the other is achievable but tight.
The personal timetable adjustment window runs for several weeks after release - use this window to swap classes that do not suit your schedule.

Put in your subjects, your shifts and your hard nos. Smoov shows you every timetable that fits, and what each one costs you.
