Enter your classes from eStudent into Smoov - just add your subject codes and class times.

2. 2Add each subject in Smoov with its lecture, tutorial and lab times.
3. 3Block out your shifts and hard nos, then pick what matters: no 8ams, fewer days on campus, a proper lunch break.
4. 4Smoov checks every combination and shows you the best few options, with what each one costs you.
5. 5Pick one and register those classes in eStudent.

• JCU has two registration modes: self-registration (most students pick their own class times in eStudent) and managed registration (Medicine, Dentistry, Vet Science - classes are allocated for you).
• Use JCU's My Timetable planning tool before registration opens - it shows all available class slots so you can compare combinations and identify conflicts beforehand.
• If a class is full, use the waitlist function in eStudent - JCU formally supports waitlisting and will notify you if a spot opens.
