ACU timetables

Smoov's Allocate+ import currently supports UTS, USYD and ANU. Enter your ACU classes manually - broader support is coming soon.

1. 1Open Allocate+ (My Timetable) and note the class times for each of your subjects.
2. 2Add each subject in Smoov with its lecture, tutorial and lab times.
3. 3Block out your shifts and hard nos, then pick what matters: no 8ams, fewer days on campus, a proper lunch break.
4. 4Smoov checks every combination and shows you the best few options, with what each one costs you.
5. 5Pick one and register those classes in Allocate+ (My Timetable).

• Takes your classes from Allocate+ (My Timetable) with a few minutes of typing
• Blocks out work shifts and anything else that doesn't move
• Works to what you care about: fewer days on campus, no 8ams, a proper lunch break
• Shows 2 to 4 options side by side, with what each one costs you
• Sends your timetable to Google Calendar or any calendar app
• Runs in your browser, so your timetable stays on your device

• New ACU students have their first-semester timetable built automatically on enrolment - you do not need to use Allocate+ (branded as My Timetable) until Semester 2 of your first year.
• ACU's multi-campus Sydney presence (Strathfield and North Sydney) means some units are only offered at one campus - verify campus location in Allocate+ before selecting.
• Preference entry in Allocate+ is time-limited and processed centrally - accuracy of preferences matters more than speed of submission.
